FRIDAY IS FOR PRE-RUNNING AND TECH-
INSPECTION. YOU WILL NOT QUAILIFY FOR
THE TROPHY IF YOU MISS TECH INSPECTION
ON FRIDAY NIGHT. SATURDAY IS THE RACE.
YOU WILL BE ALLOWED 1 PIT CREW
(CHASE TRUCK) TO BE SET UP AT A LOCATION
OF YOUR CHOICE. YOU WILL RECEIVE MORE INFO
ABOUT THE RACE AFTER YOU ARE REGISTERED.
TECH INSPECTION AND AWARDS CEREMONY
WILL BE HELD AT "RACEWAY BAR AND GRILL".

The Rock Racers will be competing on the same "but different" course.
They will not be assigned the same tasks as the Desert Racers as they have the
factor of rocks to test them. the Desert Racers will have a series of challenges
that they must perform along thier race. Everything is for time.
Teams will leave at 30 minute intervals. You are responsible for looking
out for other competitors, and spectators. You are responsible for
having all the nessasary paper work for being on 'State Trust Land'.
If anything falls out of your vehicle you must stop and retrieve
before you can go any further.
You must stay with-in the tape and cones, and the painted rocks.
You must have all your own equipment, parts, recovery equipment,
etc.
Tech inspection will be from 7:00 pm to 10:00pm friday night.
At that time you will be assigned your start time for the next day.
You will be given a 30 minute grace period, if you are not at the
start line you will be disqualified.

Anyone caught blatantly running over or destroying natural
Flora, (Bushes, Trees) will be disqualified.
Anyone caught cutting corners or modifying the course will
be disqualified.
Absolutely no glass containers on the race course.
You are responsible for the behavior of your crew and family,
if they get out of line you can be penalized up to and including
disqualification.
There will be camping available on "The Flats", If you don't know
to get there, a map will be supplied to you in your sign up kit.
From there it is a short drive to the starting line.
It is possible you could be running in the dark so plan accordingly.
